We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our site in original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or monogrammed items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Once your request is submitted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your luggage is tracked and insured during transit.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
